Hi everyone! My name is Hannah Scott and I am super excited to be the new intern for Lynn Kline Nutrition. I am a senior at Clemson University majoring in Food Science and Human Nutrition with the hope to be a dietitian someday!

Why did you choose to study nutrition?
I worked at a local produce stand in my hometown, Charlotte, NC, and realized how much I love food and nutrition! It was a very interesting experience seeing where food is grown and the benefits of local produce for your health and local food system.
What are your favorite things to cook?
I am currently a huge fan of cauliflower rice! You can pair it with so many things like a stir fry, taco or in a salad and it is super easy to make or buy frozen.
What are your favorite non-nutrition hobbies?
I’m an avid runner! I have completed 5 half marathons so far and hope to run a marathon someday soon! I also love to be outside and you will often find me hiking or at the lake in my free time.
Fun Fact?
Last summer I had the opportunity to study abroad in Grenoble, France to study the French language. I am almost fluent in French and I love everything about the culture, especially the amazing food!
