…nutrition needs to be realistic. Life is unpredictable so your nutrition plan should be flexible.
…it’s all about balance. The best nutrition plan is a balanced one. Extremes eating habits and health behaviors are not long-term solutions.
…no one’s in it alone. Success takes a team. Having support keeps you moving forward and getting over hurdles.
I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, licensed in South Carolina and Georgia, and I’m also a Certified Nutrition Support Clinician. When I’m not working I enjoy reading, getting my hands dirty in the garden, and hiking in the mountains with my husband and our lab mix, Ol’ Sport.
